Produced of 15 different blended Heirloom apple varieties.
100% Vermont grown apples.
15% Residual Sugar (by weight).
Sugar at Harvest 35° Brix
Orange amber hue.
Nose of freshly pressed raw apple cider, honey, and brown sugar.
Still, no carbonation.
Very Sweet apple tart flavors with low acidity. notes of caramel apple, vanilla, and sourwood honey.
More a sipping wine. Pair with an apple tart.
Better yet, this wine begs to be drizzled over vanilla bean ice cream!
